We can then measure up and come back to you with a 3D design and quote.

Our Full Service

3D modelling and detailing

Once you decide to build with us,
we progress forward to making all the required changes to your design, complete with 3D modelling and walkthroughs.
Once all detailed, we move to plans being drawn and get ready for applications for approvals.

Permits and Construction

When you're happy with your design and contract, we receive all permits, and move to online colour selections through planmark.org and our trusted suppliers, then to construction.
​And this is where the fun begins, towards getting your home modified to suit what you have dreamed!

Requiring a bigger home, it was decided to extend the living area with a new kitchen, as well as needing an extra main bedroom and ensuite.
