3D modelling and detailing

Once you decide to build with us,
we progress forward to making all the required changes to your design, complete with 3D modelling and walkthroughs.
Once all detailed, we move to plans being drawn and get ready for applications for approvals.

Permits and Construction

When you're happy with your design and contract, we receive all permits, and move to colour selections and construction. And this is where the fun begins, towards getting your home modified to suit what you have dreamed!

​Murdoch Residence
Requiring a bigger home, it was decided to extend the living area with a new kitchen, as well as needing an extra main bedroom and ensuite.

Willetton Residence
An older style home, the owners requested to build a whole new entertaining area to the rear, as well as a bedroom, bathroom and laundry, to capture the views of their pool on their sloping block.

Parkwood Residence
Needing more space, the owners required extra living areas, a new kitchen, and more bedrooms and bathrooms, while keeping the design of the existing home in tact.
